Making Instrument Sub-Panels

I ordered a 2' x 4' 6061T6 Aluminum Sheet .063 thick from Aircraft Spruce part number 03-30150, a ATS Instrument Hole Punch 2-1/4" & 3-1/8" part number 12-02743 and a Instrument Panel Layout Template part number 12-14600.
When I got the Aluminum, I took it to PA and they were nice enough to let me trace the Sub-Panels they make for their Sport SeaRey on to the Sheet. The Sheet was big enough to trace two sets. I did not know till I happen to see a Plane being constructed that there is aluminum cut outs on the inside of the fiberglass panels as a backer for the riveted nut plates that hold the panels on to keep the fiberglass from cracking. So now I guess I am going to need that 2nd set anyway.

When I got home I nervously started cutting. I cut out the left side wing sub-panel.
