Located the center of the Boom Tube Cover and drilled a 3/16" hole in the center. Since the #10x 2/3" Sheet Metal Screw just fell into the hole, I figured that drilling a 3/16" hole into the Vertical Fin Trailing Edge as the Manual said, would be to big for the screw to thread into.
Placed the Boom Tube Cover on the aft end of the Boom Tube and drilled a 1/8" hole into the Vertical Fin Trailing Edge and installed the Boom Tube Cover.
