Preparing the Fuel Fill Hose Connection Part 1
My plan to hide all hoses from view from the luggage compartment was the main reason for the Bulkhead at the back of the Turtle Deck. Now I had to look for a Fuel Fill Hose that was long and flexible enough to bend without elbows and was a real Fuel Hose and not a Radiator Hose. What I found was over $13.00 a foot and I needed 5 feet of it. $70.00 for this hose that I hope will not let gas odor in the cabin and not need service or replacement because the connection to the Filler Spout will not be accessible without cutting the Bulkhead to get to the hose clamps.
