Day Trip to the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo

I took the half day long Dynon SkyView Training Class at the Sebring U.S. Aviation Expo.
The class was heavy on the use of the Dynon Auto Pilot with the SkyView, which I don't have.
I did learn some tips that will help although to learn everything would take all day.
After the class, I went to the U.S. Aviation Expo. It looks like they are going to make it. The show was bigger and busier than the last two I went to and I was worried that it would not make it.
Progressive Aerodyne's booth was less crowded with only the one Elite on display but they had a better spot at the front entrance.
Jim Ratte's Recreational Mobility booth had a more impressive display with two SeaRey's and items for sale.
I bought the Spot Mirror Kit that he makes and drooled over the new "FlareAssist" Ultrasonic Altimeter that he is the distributor for and helped develop. It announces your descent from 15' AGL to touchdown over glassy water or any surface. At $2450. though, its more than I can spare this year.
I did talk to him about helping me with straightening out my wiring and he is going to come over in a week or two.
I just hope its not as a big a job as he thinks its going to be.
