I got the Dynon Radio today after a 4 month delay. I tried to install Head Unit in the pre-made hole I made in the panel, but it did not fit. Not wanting to remove everything again to fix it and recover with the vinyl, I just used a file and enlarged the hole. Luckily it did not mess up the vinyl beyond the hole and the radio head unit covered the edges.
Next was the remote radio that goes on the Avionics Tray. It was to long and over hung the tray. I could not install the mounting screws on all four holes. I used Velcro to mount it.
