At the suggestion of Kerry Richter at PA, I built a aluminum plate to attach to the Hull around the Bulkhead Upper Tube. The fiberglass Hull just in front of the Upper Tube has been tearing on some SeaReys because some passengers sit on the Canopy Rail while getting in and out and stressing the fiberglass at the cut out for the Upper Tube.
Cut the Reinforcements from a 12" square plate
Filed the edges to match each other after clamping to two together
