Preparing the Turtle Deck Part1
I filled the low spot in the top of the Turtle Deck first with foam covered with fiberglass, then with body filler to smooth the ceiling for carpeting.
After putting another coat of body filler around the Window/Hatch opening and sanding smooth, I painted the area with primer.
