Make Part 10SF, drill the rivet holes and rivet Part 10SF to Part 10. Mark the hole for the platenut on Part 9 and install the platenut. Before I did any marking I installed the screw between Part 10 and Part 16 to keep everything in position (see Image 3). Install the screw for Part 10SF and Part 9. Everything look great.
