I took off the exhaust pipe from the #1 cylinder. It was a lot easier than I thought. By loosening the nuts on both sides (#1 and #2 cylinders) then taking the nuts off at the #1 cylinder the pipe came off quite easy. I hope it will go back as easy. Tomorrow I will take it to weld the old hole.
Study the seat belt installation drawings (OP24 and DWG29). I was trying to make 4 F-7116 spacer/bushings with not much luck. To make life easier will have to pick up two drill bits (A and C) to enlarge the hole in the spacers more gradually. I will do this tomorrow; totally frustrating afternoon.
