Made the gap filler plate from aluminum previously. Today I laid out the mounting holes on the plate and match drilled them to the back mounting plate after careful alignment. Also match drilled the flange, shown on the picture, to the spinner. Without the flange the gap filler would tear off due to high centrifugal force. Laid out 6 mounting holes for the front mounting plate and drilled and clecoed them as I went around the spinner. Rechecked the alignment of the spinner; looks good.
