Brief Description: Install right elevator tip

Drill rivet holes on the fiberglass elevator tip for the platenuts (22 total, # 40 drill) and deburr. Enlarge and counter sink machine crew holes and rivet holes for the platenuts on the tip. Rivet platenuts to tip. Cleco tip to elevator, good fit.
