Brief Description: Fit W-931 WingTip Rib

Made a thick adhesive paste using T-88 and bonded the W-931 Rib to the W-915 Tip. Since there was some flexing of the WingTip I decided to use light weight on top of the Tip surface to stabelize the wingtip.
