Install W-419 L&R wing tip ribs. I swung the aileron out of the way and installed the W-916 Tip Rib. Moved the tip rib until it comfortably fit the wingtip, then marked the location of the rib trailing edge on the tip. Removed the wing tip and marked the rivet lines (top and bottom) about 5/16" from the edge. Drill the rivet holes in the Wing Tip. Cut the 2-1/4" hole in the Wing Rib using the 3/16" hole as a guide. Drill the rivet holes in the Wing Tip Ribs after making sure that the rib fits without distorting the tip cordwise. Cleco as I was drilling. Reinstall the the WingTips with the WingTip Ribs and check for accuracy. All looks excellent.
