Yesterday I noticed that I will have to use some backing to drill the WingTips to the wing since the WingTip flanges were quite flexible. At VAN's suggestions I used 1" styrofoam, cut to the shape of the wingtips. I pushed the styrofoam into the wing ends and marked the depression with a felt pen. Cut the shape with a hot wire cutter, taped it into the wingtips and adjusted the cut untill it allowed to install the the wingtips without much resistance. Recheched the neutral position of the ailerons, reinstalled and adjusted the wingtips for accurate alignment with the ailerons and with the help of Barb (my wife) drilled the wingtips to the wing. It came out perfectly.
