Brief Description:  Sliding Canopy

Back from Hungary. I decided to fix the problem that was the result of re-bending the rear bow on the left side. Put masking tape on the left rear bow of the canopy frame so that I will be able to see where the canopy contacts the frame. Clecoed the canopy on the frame, marked the new holes on the pexiglas and drilled the holes with #40 drill through the canopy and the frame. Took off the canopy from the frame, enlarged the holes to #30. Countersunk and then enlarged the holes to 5/32nd. Drilled the corresponding holes on the left rear bow of the canopy frame to #30. Fill the old holes on the canopy with a fantastic product called PlastiFix. This product actually fuse's the fill material with the plexiglas and have the same properties. This area will be covered with fiberglas. Any color difference will not be seen.
