Cut the the plexiglass along the back bow. Left about 5/16" edge distance from the back side of the bow in case I will have to make some later adjustments. Deurred and smoothed the edge of the cut. This took the longest. Used a neat tool that I bought at Avery. Also used a lot of fine sandpaper (200, 400). It really looks pretty good.
