Put the canopy frame into the upsede down canopy. Found the best position for the canopy frame. Centered the previously maked center line on the center canopy bow. Clamped the whole assembly together. Marked the location of the canopy latch hole. Removed the canopy frame from the canopy and drilled the latch hole. Deburred and smoothed out the hole. Put the canopy back on the table (upside down) and fastened a bolt through the latch hole. Placed at both ends of the bolt rubber gromets. Clamped everything back together. Marked the cut line on the canopy along the back bow. Boy, everything takes forever, but that is it for today. This is the most tedious of the whole building process.
