Cleco the panel plates to the frame. Using a #19 drill bit enlage the prepunched holes to full size. Deburr the drilled holes. Fabricate the PA-1 Reinforcement Angle and match drill it to the frame using the prepunched holes. Drill the #40 holes through the frame and PA-1 angle. These holes are located half way between the #19 holes. Remove the PA-1 angle, deburr all the drilled holes and drill the rivet holes with #40 drill bit. I used a nifty tool that I have for this purpose. Deburr the platenut rivet holes.Drill the prepunched platenut holes on the frame and deburr. Countersink all the platenut rivet holes. To make the frame removable during installation machine countersink the locations that attach the frame to the F-721D angles, the F-721C angles and the F-7108 & F7107 ribs to accept countersunk screws.
