Drill and deburr 1" fuel valve hole in fuel valve mount plate. Drill and deburr three mounting holes in fuel valve plate. Since I am using the Andair fuel valve the mounting hole had to be repositioned and carefully marked to clear all the connectors behind the fuel valve housing. This took quite a bit of time since I had to install the whole assembly in the cockpit several times.
