Sanded and buffed the front spar and the front spar doubler plate. This is a very tedious, time consuming process, but I want everything to be perfectly smooth (baby's butt smooth). Cleco the two HS-902 Front Spar and the HS-907 Front Spar Doubler together. Match drill and enlarge the pre-punched 1/8" holes to #30. Lay out and drill the 9 holes in both of the attach angles. Clecoed the HS-908-L/R attach angles to the front spar by matching the pre-punched hole in the front spar with the alignment hole drilled in the angle. Clamped a piece of angle (carpenter level) to the lower flanges of the attach angles and match drill them to the spar, using the holes drilled during fabrication.
