Finish cutting, and sanding the attach angle. The angle to accomodate the inside nose rib was a difficult process. The best procedure is to rough cut to within 1/16th of an inch to the final shape and finish up on the belt sander(especially the angles). The belt sander is a must, so I went out and purchased one (Delta 4" bench sander) at Lowes. The angles look great (accurate dimensions).
