After 10 days of wait for the US postal service and numerous delays by ACK Avionics finally got the replacement clamp for the battery side of the ELT. I had a hard time convincing ACK that the clamp was short. The new clamp works as it should (see first picture). I temporarily installed the ELT and the mounting plate then spent considerable time to lead both the remote cable that connects the ELT to the audio alert unit and the GPS interface cable to the avionics panel. Once the cables were in place I re-installed the baggage floor.
