Brief Description: Wire rerouting because of Crothch Strap
Last week I developed a nasty back problem so didn't work much on the airplane. What little I did was to figure out how to re-route the wiring around the F-7117 crotch strap attach brackets. Real big headache since I had the control stick wiring installed and now I had to rearrange everything. Originally the RV9-A plans showed no crotch strap in the plans. Since nothing I tried worked that was safe, I decided to clamp the wire bundle to the fuselage floor as shown on the pictures. This turned out to be quite good.
