Enlarge the opening at the left bottom of the cowling for the fuel drain. I worked on the bottom cowl air intake baffle seal. First I considered to put the rubber seal on top of the opening, so it could be easily removed and would not interfere with the lower cowl installation. I was quickly rejected as not workable. The third image shows what I had in mind involving extra fiberglass work. Not a good idea.
