Back from our winter trip to Phoenix. Install windscreen on the roll bar with screws and countersunk washers. Placed flat washers between roll bar and windscreen as marked when I first drilled the windscreen to the roll bar. The flat washers are used to align the windscreen and canopy edges. Checked the front alignment to the fuselage skin. Everything looks good except the right side where there is a ¼” gap (see picture took next day) that I was unable to adjust without creating stress on the windscreen. I do not believe this will show after fiber glassing the edges.
