Bob Eggelston came out to my hangar to help me with setting the EFIS RS232 parameters on the input/output ports. We discovered that the instruction for pin 33 are probaly incorrect. The output ports from both the SL30 and GPX330 are indicated to go to RX4 pin33 on the EFIS. This is most likely wrong since cannot assign SL30 and GTX330 values as input to that port at the same time. The rest of our efforst went OK and the EFIS behaves A-OK. Tomorrow I will talk to the Grand Rapids tech support.
