After 4 days I am back again doing the airplane job. Setup a jig to drill the cotter pin hole as per WD-658 & WD-756 drill detail. Drill the 1/16 inch diameter hole through WD-756. I was concerned about the accuracy of this hole inrelation to the washer since this pin holds the handle shaft in vertical position. Came out perfect. Next I setup a jig to drill the #12 hole through WD-658 & WD-756. Although I drilled this as per plans there is some looseness in the handle. Will work on this tomorrow. Assembled the aileron trim and installed on the ribs to check for clearance. Looks good.
