Drill the rivet holes for the platenuts on the fuel tank attach brackets, first for the left wing then for the right wing. To keep the plate nuts in place I installed the bolts into the plate nut and used the plate nuts as a drill guide. It was difficult to keep the plate nuts from turning, but locking pliers did the trick. Next took the bolts out and using a #40 cleco to keep the plate nut in place riveted the plate nut on the forward side of the fuel tank attack bracket. Naturally all the drilled holes were deburred. Reinstalled the attach brackets on the fuselage sides and installed the bolt that holds the brackets together (left and right wing). Look really good.
