Earlier I was unable to thread the turnbuckle into the pushrod at the outboard end, so I decided to take the turnbuckle off bellcrank, clean the threads at both parts, install the turnbuckle and remount on the bellcrank. This worked OK although time consuming because of the tight quarters through the inspection hole (a knuckle buster).
