Brief Description:  Wing skin/Fuselage skin, Wing spar, Position light

Install 4 AN4-13A (two on each side) bolts through the F-904 Center Section, the vertical bar and wing spar and into the K1000-4 plate nut.
Replace the W1284-G position light lens that I dropped and broke when installing the new strobe light. Expensive mistake!
Match drilled the fuselage belly skin where it overlaps the bottom wing skin on the left wing. There are 8 plate nuts on the wing skin that had to be match drilled on the fuselage skin. Earlier I drew the reference lines on the wing skin from the plate nut centers about 10 inches to the outboard side and marked the spots. To locate the holes for the plate nuts I used these measurements and a hole-duplicator to drill the holes. On two of the eight holes came off center and had to slightly enlarge the hole to have the screw fit without binding. I talked to Scott at VANS and he said that is OK. The skin doesn’t lay flat against the wing skin, but all the RV airplanes at the airport showed poorer results. Tomorrow I will work on this. This was a back breaking job and longer than I anticipated
