Brief Description:  Install Close Tolerance Bolts for Wings

Finally the job I dreaded. I went over to Russ Kamtz hangar to ask Russ some do and avoid advice. He said he has done more than 10 of these jobs and offererd to come over to help; and help I needed. Since the bottom 4 bolts on each side of the spar looked almost impossible to do we started there. Installed one large bolts first which made it possible to remove the adjecent hardware bolt. To torque these bolts we had to turn the bolt since there was no access from the nut side. To start the nuts was really bad. Without Russ's experience it would have taken me three times longer to do and I was thinking I might not have done it at all. This was a back breaking frustrating experience. Each bottom bolt had its own problem. The top bolts were no problem, easy access. Also inspected the tanks before installation; no foreing material in tanks (clean).
