Drill the rivet holes in both of the rudder stops. Cleco the rudder stops to the fuselage and adjust the angle untill I got the required 46 1/8" distance between the trailing edge of the rudder and the outboard trailing edge corner of the elevator. I set the nutral position on both the elevator and the rudder. I didn't like how this process is designed in the instructions. Things look good but it is very difficult to verify consistently numerous times. Will work on this tomorrow again.
