Re-Install elevators on the horizontal stabilizer. After checking the alignment of the trailing edge of the two elevators I found that they are off by about 11/32". The left elevator is down by that amount compared to the right elevator trailing edge. This is true for the entire lenght of the elevator. I measured the difference in angular measurement between the elevators. This amounts to 1.5 degrees. I sent a lot of unproductive time today on this problem. Went home to sleep on it.
