Bolted the forward spar of the horizontal stabilizer using the attach angles to the fuselage. Slid the 11.32" drill bit between the rear spar of the stabilizer and the aft deck. I checked the desired 0 degree incidence by inserting a long drill bit in the tooling holes both forward and rear and meaduring the distance from deck to the tooling hole. I had to make a very small adjustment up from the deck. I believe I got a perfectly 0 incidence.
