Brief Description: Attach Horizontal Stabilizer

After careful measurement the previous day I rechecked the 0 angle and drilled the horizontal stabelizer. Bolts the F711B bars and the horizontal stabilizer together. Rechecked all the previous measurements. Everything came out perfect.
