I left off one of the fuel hose grommets, so I prepared another one by sanding one side of the grommot lip off. I could not find grommets for the thickness of the lower cabin. I glued them on with Proseal.
I received and installed the bolts for the horizontal stab. I used AN4-27 instead of the AN4-30 because the -30 stuck out so far underneath the wing. I used a thick & thin washer to raise the head up to just underneath the outer skin. I do not have one thread showing but rationalize that the expoxy is also preventing the bolt/nut from coming apart.
I drilled the seat holes in the upper rails and camfered the ends.
