Brief Description:  Throttle cables

Today I planned to install the throttle cables. I wish I had a good plan for all the cables that need to pass through the cabin wall but it seems to that I begin to chase all types of rabbits when I go down that path.

The plans do not show a path from the rear of the cabin to the engine, so it is up to me to figure on out.

When I routed the cable sheath, I noticed what appeared to be a splice in the bx style cable. However, when I slid the 3/32" cable into the jacket, it was clear it was a deformed spot.

To solve that problem, I used a dremel tool to cut the bad spot out and will join the two good pieces togethe with a fuel hose to protect the splice. Since both sides will be fastened to the structures with adel clamps, I'm sure this method of repair will work.
