Began the assemble of the brake levers. I dumpled the return spring washer using a ball peen hammer and a socket. Placing the 1" washer between the two, a light tap with another hammer did the trick well.
When I went to install, the required mounting holes were missing! The instruction manual states that the factory should have drilled the holes, so I sent an SOS message to Dan Banks to tell me where the holes should be.
Looking forward, the rotor brake also should have had holes predrilled. Worked stopped waiting for answer.
I did not like the paint job I did on the instrument pod, so I sanded it down and prepped it for more paint.
Fabricated bungee cords to hold the radiatator shield.
