Tried to assembly the heater core using the parts on hand. The type of washers call for to mount the electric fan to the heater frame were missing. I found the panhead screws fit too tight when they entered the plastic fan frame, so I enlarged the holes. I used small washer and ground a flat side to them so they would fit the fan frame.
The major issue was the fit into the cabin with the pedals mounted. No diagram shows both the pedal and the heater installed at the same time. Making the pedal kickplate was alot of trouble and I thought I was done. Now it appears I will have to cut it to make way for the hoses and connections on the water heater core.
