Brief Description:  Cyclic Stick Components

Combined the Cyclic Stick/Bracket assemblies and drilled the 1/4" hole through the Cyclic Bracket and Control Bar. Actually, I began the hole, removed the control bar and used the drill press with a centering jig to drill the actual hole. The metal was so hard, I began with smaller bits and worked my way up to 1/4".

Since the cabin is not mounted at this time, I skipped the mounting to this assembly to the ear of the torque tube.

Aft Control Elbow Installation.
I repeated the same process to mark the hole location on the aft control bar, and then used the drill press to complete the holes. Everything lined up perfectly.

To get the Control Elbows to slide on th control bar, I used a thick flat screwdriver to spread the assembly.

Note: I received a call from Hank (GBA) and they are ready to mail to me a replacement lower control rod (tube only) and the correct bracket for the pilot side engine bearing bracket.
