Tim Garrett sent me a solution from the Rotary Forum written by "automan1223".
He wrote: "This is a very common problem. Most live with it, however if you have 3 mins and a dremmel tool or rotary die grinder with a small round stone or cut off wheel you can enlarge and enhance the end of the pinion where there should already be little ramps leading off the end of each tooth on the pinion. Just take enough material to back cut each tooth so it has more of a pointy end to slip down and around the ring gear. "

I modified my bendix gear with a Dremmel tool with a cut-off abrasive wheel. I made a huge difference. Not 100% but 95%. but it was at 30%. Thank you TIM and Automan 1223!
