Ran the engine at various RPM settings and recorded the tempatures and pressures.

Then the engine overheated and blew a fountain of antifreeze through the overflow bottle vent hole. It rained green for 10 minutes!
I suspect the thermostat was in backwards. There is no documentation in the kit manuals on direction.
Additionally, the battery was discharged again and we had to jump Thumper to start it. Do not know if some electrical aspect is drawing down the battery, or the alternator is not charging the battery or ifI have a defective battery.
