Tonight I tension the rudder cables to 3lbs with 1/2" displacement, secured the barrel connectors and installed cotter pins.
I also tension the anti-servo cables to 3 lbs with 1/2 displacement, secured the barrel connectors and installed cotter pins.
I discovered the treaded rods that connect the rudder pedals to the nose gears were missing the jam nuts at the pedal end of the treaded rods. I disassembled the components and installedt the jam nuts.
I finished the evening masking 5" of the prop ends and painting them white with high heat white paint.
