Once I turned on the power, only the landing lights, nav lights, strobe lights, and interior light worked. Everything else was dead.
I forgot to install two blade fuses. One for the heater fan and the other for the speed simulator. They immediately worked once the fuses were installed. The speed simulator calls for a 1A fuse but the smallest ATO blade fuse I could find was 2A.
The investigation into the instrument panel, I found I installed the single wire to supplies to power to circuit breaker, on the ground terminal strip. Once that was fixed everthing came up except the DX9 rotor tach.
