Spent some hours to build a mold, for the new design of cowling. A bigger opening for airinlet to radiator, and a smooth transition to original cowling. Most work done in aluminium. A "plug" for opening cut from polyurethane. Bonded to front AL plate. Fiberglass and epoxy picked up at CarbiX.
