Deburred aluminium rim 90AZ1106/A, drilled 12mm hole for air valve. Mount tube 90PC6006 and tire 90P6156R. 3 bolts 91UA0870, washers 91UM0816 and nuts 91UE08. Torqed to 12Nm.
Continue with axle SR009, washer 93CN12045, bearings 93CC1945, filled with grease. Installed washer 91GR17 and nut 91GH17.
Brackets SR002 and SR006 was primered and painted earlier. Start working with brake caliper, to get everything in right position before installation. After some sanding the tubes can glide into bracket, covered with grease. Loctite 243 on 2 bolts and locknuts on 2. Connector 944RA18L6 and bleed valve 90TS18-1 and 2, fixed with Loctite 577.
Now axle end slip into main gear, bracket SR002 and washer 91GR24 was mounted inside gear and locked with nut 91GH24.
Unfortunately brake disc wobbled a lot, and wheel has to be removed again. It seems that the 2 rim-halves are not fixed correctly. After I let out the air from tube and released torque on the three bolts with axle and bearings still attached, if was possible to line up bearings and rim a little bit better.This is an inexpensive design that requires a bit more to be OK.
