Today I start to rivet rear spar with the 2 doublers and 2 plates 6-T-2-HD and 6-T-2-3. But only 25 rivets in the middle. When I later tried to connect the 6 ribs they doesn´t fit so well. Checked again that direction was right, the identification hole is 24 mm from rear OK. Finally I found what´s was wrong. After removing all partnumber stickers, cleaning, sanding and primer all parts, my up and down marks were gone. I had turned rear spar upside down. Only different was an angle of 90 degrees on upper and about 100 degrees on lower flange. Hard to see in manual. Drill out and turn around. New primer. Even the position of end ribs are difficult to follow in manual. Hard to see if flanges point inwards or outwards. Should be inwards.
