Cut 1/4" off of hinge pin Drilled holes in each end of hinge for safety wire Safety wired both ends of hinge to prevent pin from walking out Riveted trim tab together
Did not prime mating surfaces on skin. Clecod all components together using every other hole Inserted and pulled rivets on top then bottom Had to use hand puller for 2 rivets next to balance arm
Another very light but rigid subassmbly complete. Need to store these in the basement then move on to flaps
