Since the form blocks for the flap and aileron ribs are so narrow at the end I elected to bevel only the front ends but NOT the tops and bottoms to retain some strength at the tips. Top and bottom blank flanges were bent on the forms to about 100 degrees. Flanges were then brought down to 90 degrees using the bending brake. The partialy completed ribs were then put back on the forms and clamped in vice so the front flange could be bent. The two ribs formed without tooling holes will be used on the outboard ends
