Located and drilled pilot holes in horn. Centered tab over the extended center line of the servo actuator rod opening. Somewhere in the process of match drilling the trim tab and opening up the holes to 1/8" the horn shifted left - past the center line - about 1.5mm as a result of hand-holding the setup and trying to make both sides of the horn fit flush. Will need to shift the servo and rod the same amount then modify the opening if necessary.
Orderd the servo, switch, indicator and wiring today from ZAC, along with a 4' X 12' sheet of 0.016" 6061-T6 which I have been unable to procure locally.
